Gal Trifon has served as President, CEO and director since August 2001. From August 2001 to January 2008, Mr. Trifon served as Chairman. Mr. Trifon is one of our co-founders and was the original technology architect of the Eyeblaster platform.
From December 2000 to June 2001, Mr. Trifon served as Vice President of Business Development and from September 1999 to December 2000 as Vice President for Research and Development.
Prior to co-founding Eyeblaster, Mr. Trifon served as research and development team manager in
VCON, a provider of video, audio and data conferencing solutions, from 1996 to 1999.
Mr. Trifon holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
Yoav Arnstein was named General Manager of North America in 2006. In this role, he is responsible for Eyeblaster's sales, product support and office operations throughout Eyeblaster North America. Mr. Arnstein previously served as GM of the company’s international operations.
Before joining Eyeblaster, Mr. Arnstein co-established the Nordic operations for Seebeyond Inc. as regional Professional Services Manager, and developed software for VCON. Mr. Arnstein holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Denmark Technical University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Tel-Aviv University.
Mr. Arnstein has been a major contributor to Eyeblaster's stellar growth in market acceptance and overall revenues.
Joe Girling became Eyeblaster’s General Manager in International after nine years as an executive for one of the most respected companies in the digital space, Adobe Systems. While at Adobe Systems, Mr. Girling habitually exceeded sales budget figures during his seven-year tenure as Regional Manager, while consistently maintaining robust revenue growth in a mature market. His broad familiarity with mature and developing interactive markets throughout Europe combined with his extensive experience building new sales channels for enterprise products and services provide dividends for Eyeblaster clients, especially those who seek campaigns that cross national boundaries. He is based in London.
As VP Corporate Development, Nir Yaron oversees Eyeblaster's strategic, financial, legal and structural development. Mr. Yaron previously served as Chief Operating Officer until December 2007.
Since 2001, Mr. Yaron has led the establishment of Eyeblaster's corporate New York headquarters and five international offices. He has formed beneficial partnerships with strategic technology and investment firms, and provided for a fast-growing corporate and human resources infrastructure.
Mr. Yaron joined Eyeblaster following work with Middle East investment group Isramco/Equital, where he oversaw technology operations and business development. As legal counsel at leading Israeli commercial law firm, Erdinast, Ben-Nathan and Co., he focused on commercial and litigation practice areas. He also served as a software applications specialist at Scitex, the one-time leader in printing and prepress technology. Mr. Yaron graduated with degrees in Law and Economics magna cum laude from Tel-Aviv University.
Mr. Yaron has had a major impact on Eyeblaster's overall profitability and continues to provide a solid footing for Eyeblaster's corporate health and ongoing success.
As Eyeblaster's Chief Solutions Officer, Ofer Zadikario has end-to-end responsibility for effectively coupling service with technology and delivering a best of breed campaign management solution to the marketplace. He oversees the Product Planning, R&D and Global Services teams. Prior to becoming the company's first CSO, he was VP of R&D at Eyeblaster.
Ofer is a specialist in server programming, databases and large internet application architecture; he is the main architect of Eyeblaster's original Rich Media Platform, and has led the server-side and back-end design and development of the product since inception.
Prior to helping start up Eyeblaster, Ofer worked with Intel to develop decision support systems, which analyze engineering data for the semiconductor manufacturing process. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Engineering from Ben Gurion University.
Ms. Weiss-Firon has spent the past 15 years lending her operational and financial expertise to numerous Silicon Valley startups, including acting as CFO for Olive Software, Inc., a multi-national company that became the world leader in XML automation technologies. Previously, from 2000 until 2004, Ms. Weiss-Firon served as the CFO of P-Cube, a private company headquartered in the Silicon Valley with offices in Israel, Europe and the Far East. At P-Cube she led three investment rounds with top tier Silicon Valley Venture Capital firms to raise over $70M and in October 2005 she engineered the successful acquisition of P-Cube by Cisco Systems in a deal valued at $200M.
Prior to her work at P-Cube, Ms. Weiss-Firon spent five years at RADCOM, serving as CFO, during her tenure the company went through an IPO to list on the NASDAQ. Before Radcom, Ms. Weiss-Firon led extensive financial endeavors with Kesselman and Kesselman, a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
She received her undergraduate and CPA degrees at the top University in Israel, Tel-Aviv University. She is a certified public accountant and has served on the Board of Directors for Metalink, a publicly traded NASDAQ company, for the last six years.
In just over two years, Ran Cohen built Eyebalster's industry-leading emerging media initiatives, including in-game, mobile and on-demand advertising.
Prior to Eyeblaster, Mr. Cohen held senior positions as VP Business Development and Senior Director of product marketing in C.A.C Media, Comverse Technology (NASDQ: CMVT) and Odigo where he managed teams and projects in the fields of mobile applications, IPTV and instant messaging.
Mr. Cohen holds a BA in Economics from Hebrew University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Amit Rahav has over 19 years of experience in marketing, sales and development of high technology products and services. He oversees the global marketing activities for Eyeblaster.
Before joining Eyeblaster, Mr. Rahav served as VP Marketing for Orbotech, Emblaze Mobile and MessageVine. Previously he was Director of Marketing with BMC Software. Mr. Rahav has an L.L.B. degree from the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.
